This is my first blog posting and I'm not sure yet what I want to have on it. I know I want to have some challenges and some tutorials, and I'm sure it will be slow at first. If you have any other suggestions, please let me know. I thought today I'd just talk a little about who I am and what I do. I am a 40ish mother whose twin birdies have left the nest and are doing well on their own...whew...don't you wonder sometimes how you made it through? But then again...it goes by so fast! I wish I had started scrapbooking 25 years ago when my children were born - it sure would have changed how I took my pictures! I guess I started about 12 years ago as it was something my daughter was interested in and gave us a chance to have our own time together.
I also teach and give papercraft demonstrations at our local Michaels Craft Store in Wentzville Missouri. It's been a very slow beginning but I'm hoping to find people who are as passionate as I am and helping them with their craft. Hopefully learn a few new things myself...lol

I also wanted to thank all those wonderful people that create and post to blogs! I subscribe to so many blogs, I sometimes don't have time to read them all every day! But there is just too much good stuff out there to read! There are so many wonderful people out there that share what they've done and how to do it and I just want to let them know how appreciated they are. I want to be just like them when I grow up! So anyway, I guess my story is beginning...I just need to figure out how to tell it! Thanks for stopping by and I hope to see you again!
